Frendship is CoOL..

Most of us need friends in our lives. Friendship varies from casual to special termed 'best of friends', 'bosom friends', or 'buddies'. It depends on the intensity and the degrees of closeness between two people.

Who we can be consider as friends?? Friends are people who give u an outlet to vent ur frustrations about work, family and other friends. When we are friends, we put our mind on a different track. We can forget about the day-to-day routine and problems and juz let our hair down. Friends help to shape our identity. Our attitudes, likes and dislikes are influenced by our friends.

The good times and bad times we have with friends become part of our memories. Families are important too but while families help us develop a sense of responsibility, friends give us an opportunity appreciate relationships better.

Friends help us to solve our problems. If a person can take the time to listen to our problems, he or she is a friend. 'A problem shared is a problem halved', so goes the proverb. The sharing may give ideas for solutions. At the very least, it gives us a shoulder to cry on. Friends share their knowledge and experiences. We learn from each other and in the process better ourselves. In school, friends help us with lessons and studies.

When we are down, friends are there to tell us everything will be orait!! They are there to hold our hands and are the first to congratulate and share in our joys and successes. Your friends, if they are true friends, are able to sense your mood and accommodate accordingly.

Friends will stay as friends provided we make the effort to nurture and maintain the relationship. Take the time to include them in your plans. Make time for them and always be a friend!!
